so misleading...
9th August 2005It's National Day!! Am happy because it's a
HOLIDAY!! Who cares about the parade anyway... Pretty busy this week... cuz I've got my card reader. Busy... dumping mp3s into the card!! Haha
Ok, anyone read the
TODAY yesterday (today? yesterday? funny...)? There's a column about protecting your car. It says when you see smoke coming under the bonet,
DO NOT open the bonet as oxygen will fan the fire more and extinguish the fire out.
BUT what people don't know is... if the engine is
NOT fully consume by the fire, the insurance company will
NOT pay. Engine being the most expensive part of the vehiclewill not be compensated by the insurance company, and the owner will have to
PAY himself as the insurance company will
ONLY cover the other damages. So,
DO NOT extinguish the fire and do whatever it's possible to let the engine be fully consumed by the fire. So what if the engine is totally gone? The insurance company will have
NO choice but to cover the
WHOLE car and compensate a
NEW car. Isn't the report misleading?
