I promise... i promise i'll bury myself in my textbooks ok? Oh yah! And the MRP thesis which we're supposed to hand up in July... (July... that's the 8 more weeks? HUH?!) and MY topic is: How to Increase Motivation at Work (which is a desire to ALC i guess), So, what does motivation meant? It means job satisfaction which in turns lead to high performance and low turnover for company (however, these are NOT present in where i'm at now - at least most of the staff there). Imagine a mass email has to be sent to REMIND you that your working hours start at 8.45?! OMG~ I believe even a kindergarten kid can adhere to that. So shameless!!!! And so, what does your working hours say? Does it mean u step into the office at 8.45am, settle down, have your very delicious breakfast, go to the washroom THEN you being to read your emails, open that file and start your work oly at 9.30? Or do you complete all of the above BEFORE 8.45am and get your lazy ass to work? Of course, it's the latter. Kids can tell u that.... So, you not SHAMELESS uh? Although YMP has "groomed" me to start work at only 10.30am and step into the office at 9.45 although it should be 9.30 (freaking good life right?) BUT i've disciplined myself to adhere to those cruel unwritten corporate rules and i'm glad that i DONE it =)))

Speaking bout YMP i do start to miss WY and irene again.... especially when he text me ASKING if i need a testi from him... Ahhh... how thoughtful. He once said "Those who can take his nonsense are definitely better off" And i took it for 5 years. He will probably never know that he might be the best boss i ever had. And i miss those after lunch loud-burps irene and i shared! DAMN! It's so fucking cool man.... like my burp gets louder and monsterious after each one?

However, things have to move on right? I should also be thankful that my current bosses are understanding and cool and fun to be with =)

Nuff of work, t's the weekend!!!

I just finished another term which i desperately hope to get good results but i'm a little paranoid that i might do worse than the previous term which i got 2 distinctions from! I must be disciplined enough to do revision revision revision instead of hitting the malls =)
