There hasn't been any war show till last week, the show "The Great Raid", starts screening at the cinema. It's about the Pacific War in 1944 and POW are trapped in Philippines by the Japanese. Till date, that's still the largest number of POW captured. The story was somewhat boring but the scene is so brutal! The Japanese would trick the POW to go into those air raid shacks and torch them alive! It's a combo of "Thin Red Line" and "Saving Private Ryan" to Gerald, but it's like a mixture of "Saving Private Ryan" and "We were soldiers". It's boring cuz the plot is too well planned with NO flaws at all during the raid! Everything went smoothly according to their plan. I mean, war show must show a bit of inconsistency somewhere in the plot than it's exciting, right? Nonetheless, it's a good show.

Oh, there's something I must mention, an annoucement, to the ladies who read my blog. To those who feels that their look is the best and can't accept negative comments, should STOP reading and click the "Close" button located at the top right corner of this window. DO something if you have:
1. legs with hair,
2. hairy forearms, and
3. facial hair or aka moustache.
I've noticed many many ladies with these problem(s). C'mon, WAX it! It's really not nice and unfeminine at all! I would say it's a BIG BIG TURN-OFF for majority men. I've friends who complained to me 'bout their "hairy" girlfriends, friends who spotted "hairy" women and felt totally disgusted no matter how good she looks and personally, my Gerald. He's got this acquaintance who he sees almost everyday. He says it would do her a favour if she would just wax it away. I've seen her myself, she looks good, but to men... and her "hairy hairy"...
With the rising saloons that have waxing services, it's obvious that there's this need...

I last touched beer was the day I turned 18. I didn't really fancied for beer and lager cuz I would prefer something novel. Beer is sooooooo bitter to me. *uggh* But beer tastes better when you down... Hmm... is it some kind of psychological effect? *hiccup*

Arrggggh!!! The weighing scale has tipped!!! Tipped to the right!!! Oh no... Must be Carl's Jr and Changing Appetite fault! You know this Marina Square has a facelift, and everything has changed. A used to be boring place now turned fun! No no no... Must resume slimming regime...

Gonna lunch alone today... Not much in a mood to eat also. Had lunch with sweetie pie, HuiYing (Jerry's gf) yesterday. It's crowded at HongLim and we've got no choice but to share a table. The seat that I'm seating happens to have a big big fan blowing directly AT me! My hair is flying all over my face, and my the top I'm wearing is pretty sleazy BUT even with a brooch pinned on, I still must sit in an UP-RIGHT position so to avoid the eyes of the guys sitting beside. Luckily sweetie pie got a seat somewhere else, not facing any fan. She saved my lunch!

I'm feeling a 'lil hungry now... What shall I have? Jap or Mac.... Hmm...

U ain't a Swan

There's this lady who will take the train and lift almost every morning with me to work and so happen that our office is on the same floor. I just can't stand the way she walks. She tried to be graceful. But, BUT the way she walks really looked like a SWAN!!!!! Maybe she's trying to replicate the saying "as graceful as a swan". Ehh, hello... U ain't a swan. Try harder!

Lunch hour!!! Time to blog!

There's this waxing strips I bought from my last trip to Bangkok. I bought it from Boots and it's their brand. 1 box of 36 strips costs only S$10. Last night was the first time I use and it's not that painful. It's as thin as scotch tape and feels like one too! Applying talcum powder before waxing not only reduces the pain but aids hair removal too. Easy to apply, easy to remove. If anyone is to go Bangkok, get some waxing strips from Boots.

Christmas is near!!! Cuz, the cranberry range from Body Shop is out! I love the shimmer powder and shimmer lotion. It's a pity I didn't grab more during last Christmas and I have to wait for a year. This time I must buy more!!

Ohhh... I almost forgot to enter my blog. Sorry!! It's been sooooooo busy since I joined the legal sector. Stacks of files and pieces of papers were dumped on my desk every morning and every night before I call it a day. At least, I love what I'm doing now! Got news from YF that business is picking up slightly in Innotronik. Good for her. But i guess she doesn't wanna stick to the shity job too. We don't always get to choose what we want, especially when it comes to earning for a living. Right?

Dear friends... Please don't/stop asking me "when are you getting married?". Though I got a Brilliant Rose ring but that doesn't mean I'm changing my surname the next. But I really feel nice that so many of you expresses your congrats to me! Don't worry, cuz none will be left out from the banquet list okie? I just wanna share my happiness with everyone I know!
