+~a howl of pure ecstasy~+

28 August 2006

Heex! It's been quite sometime right? LAZY & BUSY!

First, It's Gerald's daddy's birthday on 19th August. We chose The Manhattan's Fish Market @ PS instead of going to our usual dinning place Fish & Co cuz... the Glass House is really packed!! We thought that the food would be similar to F&C... BUT it turns out quite bad... in terms of quality~ I'll show only the pix this time.

So, what do you think?

There are some reno works going on outside the office building. And it's quite disturbing cuz the 2 Indians hanging in the gondola are always our topic! Wonder if they'll "hi" back if we were to wave to them. Kaka~

One of them seems to be missing today... Maybe he's on MC.

Seen 3 senior citizens meddling with a computer before?

Uncle Albert, Mr Yeo and Ong Hock Siong (yes! the one who stans for the opposition during election!!).

Wanted to get a Coach hobo so desperately that we went to 3 different locations to seek that bag! In the end... I still didnt manage to get any! SAD! Hubby wants to "compensate" and got me a Guess bag instead...

Hubby is..... yummy!

Got another "surprise" when we went to collect the car after our Popeye dinner @ Changi Airport... and found this sittin' on the windscreen...

it says... "someone special"
hmmm... who could it be?
Finally got my "loot" from the online purchase!!! Only costs $25 with registered post.
check this webby - http://sgwholesale.blogspot.com
I'm definitely returning to her for more clothes!
Some purchases of the week:
now I have 3 pairs of this kind - black, red & white.
this Clarins double-sided mirror has a magnifying effect. just nice for me to trim my brows!
At last....... IRENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm blogging and working again(???)! Hee~ No choice lar... No time to blog at home. Found some good buy along Orchard Road, got something HUGE for the office and... hubby brought me to take CABLE CAR!!!!!!!

It's was crowded with tourists and we are told that it would take us an hour to Q! BUT there are 2 types of cable car rides; one is the normal one -> half-glassed ($10 bucks/pax) and second is the full-glassed ($15 bucks/pax). "The full-glassed cable car Q will take less than half-an-hour..." "Ok, we'll take that!!!".

To our surprise, we DON'T even have to Q!!! Cuz no one is taking!!! We hopped onto it and the cable car accelerated itself *fling* out of the tower...

Should have the taken the bottom-view... but it's so scary to look down cuz it's transparent!!!
The ride take 'bout 20 minutes to and fro.

Tell me, where can you find nice and cheap accessories in Orchard Road...?

Guess how much all these cost? 12 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, this stall is along the streets infront of Takashimaya. Prices starts from 2 bucks.

This is the something HUGE that I'm talking about. Compare the size of the conventional one.

See! BIG right?!!!!! 13 bucks only!

Why am I blogging now? Shouldn't I be doing M & F's case, Annie's divorce case (this is a bloody suay file, still can't close since 2003!!!) and drafting Invoices?!!! Heex! But still must take some time out to blog my first shopping trip with Nicolle.

Was chatting on MSN with her and *snap* we decided that we should go shopping since we have postponed it for so damn long.

*First time to Tampines* (mountain tortise). It was pretty late when we finally meet up BUT we still managed to grab something and she also sort of drew me a picture of how Tampines Mall and Century Square look like. One conclusion -> Big & Cheap!

See, I'm slacking again... taking pix during work. Haha! Below are my grabs last night...

nice nice not? bought that earring to match the shoes which costs on $25.90!

the forum says that this Canmake Color Stick in 07 HIDES dark circles!

PLUS, hubby is sooooooo nice to see we girls shop and shop and shop and send us home~ *kiss*

p.s. nicolle!!! i really enjoyed myself last night!!! can't wait for the next!!!

Happy Birthday Singapore (Hah.. who cares as long as it's a holiday)! See, if we have more public holiday I'll have more time to blog.

Shocked to see the old man cleaning up the office after I came back from completion! Ahh!!! Are we seeing things? Is the weather too hot out there that make me hallucinate? I took some pix to confirm that I'm not.

Shh.....quick! *snap*

"I look like the Indian worker who came and clean up for us." He is vacuuming the floor when we left for the day. I think I start to have different opinion of him!

I left exactly at 6:30 and went for my hair-colour-shine appointment. I didn't know that plastic cling wrap could be so useful!

Who knows there are firework displays on the eve of National day? Yup, we don't and hence we're trapped in a stupid jam all the way from my office to Marina Sq. We wanted to have our dinner at Sakae Sushi badly so I asked Yigui to Q for us first. 2145. "The waiter says the last order is at 10". We should be able to make it as there's only 2 couples infront of us. 2158. "Sorry we are closed". We're already fumming for gettin stuck in the jam and now was told that we won't be able to have our dinner?! My God! I raised my voice at the floor manager. "We were told that the LAST ORDER is at 10, not CLOSED at 10!" "I'm sorry but we're closed." "Look at your watch, it shows 9:59." "Yes, but it's just a minute." "So to say that you are CLOSED AT 9:59?!!!!!!!" "Sorry, we're closed." I think I was shouting... Gerald was upset too, I think he almost punched that fellow. When we decided to leave Marina Sq, I popped into Spageddies, "Are you closed?" "No." Hurrah! The food was so-so, not worth the bill of $107.50. BUT the Escargot tastes so nice!!! Other than that... LOUSY!

6 August 2006

I'm lazy. Very. Cuz I gotta force myself to blog. Hur hur... But anyway, I've got a lot to share what we've done this week.

Have started my "diet plan". Noticed that it's in inverted commas... Haha... Tried to cut down on consumption but it shoots up during weekend! SCARY! Take a look at the 2 sinful meals I had. The pix says it all...

mutton bryanilooks familiar?that's not all yet...

Meet up with Yigui! This fellow... went missing for so damn long and suddenly came back! Oh, and he's already attached... Haiz... He didn't seemed so happy. Why? I think it's better to skip the details. Hehe!

buddy buddyyah yah keep eating

Thinking of going to have a Long John Silver's meal @ Marina Square? STOP!!! Their service SUCKS and FUCKED UP! Would you like to be served with a grouchy face? The cashier returns your change by slamming the money in your hand? Eating fries that seems like it's been in the fryer for half-an-hour? The chicken shrank like the size of half of your palm and rock-hard? It's a BIG turn-off isn't it?

Watched Click and Tokyo Drift... Catch it! The later definitely worth your kaching.

"What rights do you have to shout and scream at my staff?!". "You think I really want to earn your money? You're a person with such a fucked-up attitude!" These are the few phrases the old man told off a client. This client literally shouted at me over the phone, using all the vocab in his vulgar dictionary on me. The reason? He doesn't pay our bill. That's not the main point I wanna say. The main point is... the old man told him off cuz of me! Haha! This is the moment that make me forgive and forget all the complaints I've got for him. I didn't realise the old man would do such thing...

Yup, old man... gotta face him tomorrow... It's MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

watcha looking?bleah!!show me ur big SMILE
