He's quite ancient to Vivocity (except for the day before where he went there to look for my book), so we took him to have Hongkong Kim Gary's. But he's having a bad stomach, so he miss out all the nice nice dishes... haiz...

I guess the saving scheme of mine doesn't seem to be working the way it should be, cuz i'm still spending like no one's business! I bought Music and Lyric's OST (which i'm listening to it right now. The Drew Barrymore's version of Way Back Into Love is better than Haley Bennett's aka Cora Corman.), Ayumi Hamasaki A BEST 2 Black and White versions (!!!!!!!), G2000 clothes totaling 70 bucks and clothes from Eman's boutique totaling 60 bucks... :-( I need to work HARDER!!! Maybe I should just stay at home and finish my Tom Perrotta's Little Children instead of going out.

Shortly after granny's b'day celebration, aunt called to inform us that our beloved uncle had passed away peacefully. Wasn't granny's 83th b'day supposed to be an occassion to be happy about?

I was glad that i took the effort to wake up at 9.45 to visit him in the hospital on saturday with daddy. It makes me realise that life is short and full of unexpected events.

RIP, my beloved uncle.

Joey hasn't been a good girl this week. Cuz she keeps buying clothes and CDs! STOP!!!

Met up with MAX last night for Mr Bean's Holiday (not really that funny plus somehow the Bean's factor is not in the movie) and dinner at Vivocity. I was shock to find Max's pear-shaped (he self-confessed it) hip when i observed him from far. What's happening to you?!!!!!! He used to be slim and fit and strong. Max, you better get back into SHAPE!! No more Popeye's for you next wednesday.

Yeah!! It's finally LUNCHTIME and i can read my Tom Perrotta's Little Children!

ps: these events have never ever cross my mind and i despise those who do it, but i'm letting it happen to me! max, i'm just having a flu, and i'll get well soon and it will never come back again.

We get to meet up with Max (like... finally!!!) and had a dinner at Cineleisure's Xin Wang. This poor chap starts work at 08.15 and knock off only 12 hours later (that's what you get for a high pay)!! We did a lot of catching up. The last time we saw each other was during the Air Show 2006. Still the same, not much changes 'cept for looking a little tired, a little stressful and a little older - BUT I still love my friend! We spent nearly 2 hours in that eatery, talking more than eating... it's a hell lot of food we ordered!

She has to soak the rest of the remaining 9 nails in the acetone for 20 mins and took 2 hours to remove them all in 2 nights!!

Everyone thinks that I should start saving and stop buying things. So dearest hubby bought me a "Cyber Bank" to encourage me to save! Looks like it's a toy for children to cultivate saving habit... It comes with an ATM card, it allows you to withdraw money and helps you in your saving plan by calculating how much more and how many days more to go! Very interesting!!! Now, everyone thinks I'm a KID~

It's been soooooooo long! No choice, gotta enjoy the CNY :P.

I'm trying do hard to shed those cny-goodies-fat. So tough! The car is filled with hei bi hiam (my dialect isn't that fantastic, as the previous post i used "hiang" until i was corrected to use "hiam") and unknowingly a trip to Vivocity and back home, i finished the whole bottle... and a sore throat the next day as well.

Boss also took his "leftovers" to the office, and we have a snack corner now... so tempting~

Feb 16 is our 5th anniversary and we dined at Mussel Guy. The food took a looooooong time to come and we just tuck in cuz we're so hungry. "You don't want to take pictures meh?" The food is left only with these....

Get to meet up with Yigui (like finally...) and he's always on the phone trying to comfort his gf cuz he's with us instead of her. Poor guy...

Lip Smackers!!!!! It took roughly 3 weeks for our orders to reach us. I wonder if you have ever heard of this American brand, but it certainly surprises you with the funny funny flavors they have for their lip gloss and lip balms. They have Dr Peppers', Skittles, M&Ms, peanut butter etc... The best thing is that they are CHEAP!!! Prices ranging from US$2 to US$4.90 muahaha :)

The anti-shine compact powder (only costs US$2!!!), Merry Melon roll-on shiner, Strawberry Garnet Glaze glitter gloss and Kiwi Wild Berry Juicee lip gloss.

I have a hard time un-packing all my new stuff, i definitely need another closet~
