Snapped this last weekend when it's pouring at my place. Maybe he's trying to participate in the Save Water Campaign? Whatever it is, i wouldn't do such a thing! It's far too dangerous!
Phase 1 of the South-East Asia's longest expressway tunnel - Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway aka KPE has start it's operation! It leads from ECP to part of PIE (Geylang area). Even it's just a small stretch of KPE, but it's a long distance. It only takes around 5 mins to reach Geylang from ECP!
